Angelica Vale
Angelica Maria Vale Hartman (also known professionally as Angelica Vale) is a Mexican American artist, performer-singer also known as a comedian, host of a radio show and a comic. She was born in Mexico City and was raised by comedian Raul Vale. Angelica Maria Vale Hartman is famous for being the founder in the La Balada Ranchera musical genre which climbed to the top of charts in 1973. Angelica Maria became the first Latino performer to sell 2 million copies of sales in America. She became acquainted with Venezuelan singer/comedian Raul Vale in 1974. They got married in April of 1975, the first marriage that was broadcast in Mexico. Angelica Vale was born on November 11, 1975 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. She is a performer as well as a writer. She is known as the author of La fea mas bella (2007) Lazos de amor (1996) and El hogar that I wore (1981).
